Sorry that I did not get to finish my cruise blog, but now I'm back with more other stuff!
Back to my post, I'll be sharing what I've experienced at the renown Korean seafood restaurant, CAPTAIN K!
This is the outlet which I went to! There were lots of people in the queue that we had to make reservation and come back at a later time!
This is the pricing for the tier-ed seafood. The price was pretty expensive in my opinion.
And these are the add-ons you can purchase! It is not mandatory to purchase the soup base as it is provided. The soup base stated above are the premium ones that you have to top up money for.

We ordered the 5 tiers tower and an extra tier 😏
1st tier.
(Based on the menu, it is suppose to be scallops first but... guess they don't follow the order)
Take a closer look at the Prawns!
The prawns are really fresh unlike some prawns that have a mushy texture to it.
2nd tier~
LOOK AT THE AMOUNT OF CLAMS AND MUSSLES!
To be honest I wasn't a fan of these as I dislike the fishy-sea taste to it, but HOLY CRAP,
this whole lot of mussles and clams DOES NOT have that taste to it!!
These are TOTALLY FRESH!
3rd tier~
The 3rd tier consist of 8 mini shellfishes!
And when I pulled the meat out of the shell, this was it.
It has a taste of a combination of prawn and crab with a pinch of something else.
(let's just say its the shellfish taste)
4th tier~
TADAH~ This was what we ordered as our add-on!!
(That also cost us a bomb $$)
I forgot the species of this crab but its something you don't see often I guess.
My favorite part of the crab is the claws!!!
5th tier~
And the 5th tier had 4 scallops and 4 oysters!!
Look at the freshly steamed oysters!
And the scallops!
If you look closely, there are cellophane/glass noodles covering the scallop muscle, chopped garlic with seasoning at one side and roe on the other.
Same thing, I wasn't a fan of the roe but this does not have the taste that I despise, thus I happily finished the whole scallop.
Last tier!!
Finally after all the scrumptious seafood, its time for the soup!
Basically, the whole point of this tier tier thingy is that it allows the juice from the seafood to drip into the soup base at the bottom. Thus although this started off as just a normal corn soup that our Asian parents always cooks for us, after finishing the top tiers, the soup became some sort of heavenly seafood corn soup!!
Final thoughts: Mmmm the food was ALL fresh, TOTALLY fresh. so i guess it is a great experience of fresh seafood.

If you think about it, its just like life, everyone started off as a normal person, but throughout your life, you will meet many many precious people that shapes you into a better person in the end. The only exception is that you will need to pay more to get more (precious people) in this tier-ed food.
